Lipikar Review

This is the RC2 (Release Candidate 2) release of Lipikar 3.0.0. Visit the Lipikar home page (http://lipikar.googlepages.com) for further details. The Setup program now contains some Indian language fonts to be selectively installed by the user. As such, its size has been marginally increased by about 800 KB. Apart from some debugging, all other previous features of Lipikar have been left intact.
