You can freak out your classmater or family members with simple trick in Windows.
I don't know if you need to be the adminstrator..
Press cntr+alt+delete and the control-panel opens.
Select "users" and the user you want to send the message to.
Click the name with the right mouse-button and select "send message". Now write the message and see their reactions!

I dont really get the point of that. . wats the use of doing it. .Although a good time pass trick for people using PUBLIC computers or computers with multiple users. . THNX nyways :P

There is actually no point in it.. Itäs just fun thing to do for your friends who don't know how it is done. :D
Anyone know if you need to be an admistrator to do this?

it's not working when you are as a normal user. but it's working as admin user ..
