EzPaste-xl2ppt is a productivity tool intended for completely automating and managing the otherwise manual and somewhat tedious process of copying and pasting charts and tables from Excel® to PowerPoint®. EzPaste-xl2ppt identifies automatically all the objects in the active workbook. The user then selects which of the objects he wants to paste to PowerPoint®. EzPaste-xl2ppt comes as a regular Excel add-in. Complete control over the objects to be pasted Complete control over the pasting order There are 3 pasting modes:- To new slides automatically added to the active PowerPoint® file To predefined slide numbers in the active PowerPoint® file Paste express: selecting one item and pasting it directly to the active slide Complete control over the positioning of the pasted objects on the PowerPoint® slide Objects may be pasted as Pictures (Enhanced metafile or Bitmap) or as Microsoft editable Excel® entities Built-in utility for creating and editing data-range objects to be pasted as tables A title may be assigned to each object from EzPaste-xl2ppt. The title will appear on the PowerPoint® slide All the EzPaste-xl2ppt settings of a specific Excel® file are saved within the file and automatically retrieved once the file is reopened Each selected object could be previewed directly in the EzPaste-xl2ppt form Instead to PowerPoint, objects may be pasted to a PDF file (does not require any PDF driver or printer)
